Problem audio file - "NVivo unexpectedly encountered an issue" and crashes

Crashes every time I try to either view audio properties or delete it although the stack trace is different. I have re-imported the audio file and the new one is fine, I renamed the problem source as CORRUPT using the quick edit but I cannot delete it or view full audio properties.

In order to investigate this issue, can you please fill out the support form via website?



Please also compress your project file and attach it to the support form.

Note, if the compressed file size is larger than 8Mb, then please attach it to the automatic reply email which gets sent after filling up the support form.
