Hi there,
I have incorporated all relevant to one case study documents to NVivo and would like to code them all the the case node (already created) before I incorporate more documents. I'm looking for a short cut to avoid opening and highlighting all the text in each document one by one. Would be greatfull for suggestions wha't the easiest/quickest way to do it.
Thank you

Hi Iwo,

The quick solution is to make a set of all the documents that you wish to code to the Case Node, then select the Set, right mouse click and ask to Search Set. This brings up the Search tool with the set of documents as the Scope. On the Search tool in the Scope section, you will see a button which says Save Scope as Node... click on this and navigate to find the right case node. Select the node then click OK and the coding is complete.
