    Hi Becky, You’re not able to edit your dataset within NVivo to delete rows, but you can filter your data set to only show the rows that you’re interested in. You can also hide columns if you don’t wish to see all your columns.     Hi Danni, You can do this by opening NVivo via the programs menu (not by clicking on the project file) and then clicking file -> options and under user profile, change the name and initials to your colleague's name and initials. Then create a new blank project (File -> new), and import your colleagues data into this blank project. Please confirm that the project user now shows as your colleague by clicking File -> (under project information) Project properties -> users. Please save and close the project. Open NVivo again via the programs menu and click File -> Options and under user profile, change the name and initials back to your name and initials. This is very important, otherwise all the new projects and its coding will appear in your colleague's name instead of yours. You can then open your project and import your colleagues project and do the coding comparison. I hope this helps. Kind Regards, Sameer

    Hello Liz, This could happen if there is some rich text format in the coded part of the sources which NVivo is unable to render. Can you please enable plain text and see if this resolves the issue? Enable Plain Text To change this setting: 1) Launch NVivo 2) Go to the File menu -> Options 3) Tick the option ‘Display plain text for nodes with' 4) Click Apply 5) Click OK 6) Close down NVivo 7) Re-launch NVivo Regards, Sameer

    Hi MJW, The screenshots show that only the case named Int 1 has been coded. Could you code rest of your interview documents to the respective cases by right clicking each source and clicking Code and selecting respective Cases? Once the coding is complete, ensure that Classification has been applied to the cases. To check this, right click on each case, click Classification and ensure Person classification is selected. After confirming the above, ensure that attribute values have been applied to your cases. To check this, go to Classification>Case Classification, right click on Person classification and click Open Classification Sheet. Ensure the values under Age, Gender etc. have been assigned to respective cases. Once this has been completed, you should be able to create Charts correctly. Kind Regards, Bhupesh
