  1. I am coding a dataset of Facebook posts and comments in Nvivo 11. I can't find a way of selecting any item which does not have text so that I can code it. Is there a way to do this?
  2. I am analyzing Facebook posts imported to Nvivo 11 Pro via NCapture; but only want posts created with a specific date range. Can I either limit the range of posts imported or delete those I don't need within Nvivo 11? I can filter my view of each set of posts; but not remove the redundant data.
  3. Hi, I try to capture a conversation from an open group I am a member of. Since there are several "sub-threads" Facebook automatically hides the replies to comments (the sub-threads) when you enter the conversation page. In previous versions of Nvivo (or maybe the change was in Facebook, I can't tell) I used to simply expand all sub-threads by clicking the "x replies" line, and then capture the conversation whole. Now when I try to do it, after I expand all sub-threads and click the NCapture icon, the page refreshes and reloads with all the sub-threads collapsed, which is what I end up capturing. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks, Oded
  4. Hi, using NCapture Chrome. I'm trying to grab as much as I can from a Facebook user's wall that is nominally public-facing. All I can seem to get are the most recent posts. When I change the timeline to a specific month or year and expand to all stories, or when I literally go through and expand the wall over and over until it shows 3 years of posts, NCapture doesn't recognize it. No matter what I do, the pdf that gets returned just shows the most recent--and the timeline bar corroborates that! In the grab it makes, the changes I made to the timeline bar are gone and it just shows "Recent" and "Highlights" again. Is there any way to have NCapture adjust to the timeline that is being shown when the capture is done? Thanks
