Dear support team, I seem to be having issues with accessing the Online course that started yesterday. I have access to the video tutorials, but I am not sure if this is it.

Dear support team,

I am having similar issues, although I signed up weeks ago and set up my profile a few weeks back and had a reminder email the other day - I cannot log in - it tells me it is unauthorised. Should I have done something else that I missed? i really hope not as this is the only time I can attend and I have some data I need to treat urgently!
